The Opera was born from an idea by Simone Orlandi with the aim of creating a place inspired by the art of harmony, where to highlight the importance of the territory. The tradition and uniqueness of conviviality are the guiding threads of the construction of his cooking style. The raw materials, always of excellent quality, are processed as if to create a single ingredient of a single dish. As if they were instruments of an orchestra, they are transformed into a symphony of aromas and flavors that instills stories of distant cuisines on the plate. Simone in his multiple training, from hotel school to field training directing the kitchen and always attentive to the evolution of society's customs, has been able to create a marriage between classic training and the innovation that is needed in the kitchen to always remain in step with the times and with the renewed needs of customers, so much so that he also wanted to include pizza on the menu with great success. In its preparations, it remains close to the territory and to Tuscany aiming for quality in the dish prepared with the right ingredients without wanting to surprise because simplicity is harmony.
