The dialer will take time to load configuration for the first time for any Operator. After that the registration process will be very fast.
UI elements will not be overlapped for the handsets with larger font settings.
Improved anti-blocking mechanism.

Operator code is now available in Settings allowing users to switch between calling operators anytime.
Fixed minor issues.
