God, thank you for everything you will do today. Thank you because I know you will never

“God, thank you for everything you'll do today. Thank you because I know you will never forsake me, that even in the most difficult moments of my life the Lord will always be there. Thank you for the disappointments they taught me that I shouldn't put my whole heart into anything that exists here on earth and that by doing this I will suffer less when something goes wrong. Thank you for the tears as they wash my soul and make me see things differently. Thank you for putting in my heart the gift of forgiveness and so I know that I will always be forgiven by You. Thank you Lord for the dawn, it shows me that I can always start over. Thanks also for the nightfall it reminds me that everything in this life is fleeting and that no moment in life is good or bad will last forever. Thank you for the awareness I have that everything in this life depends solely on You and that one day everyone can see that without You we are nothing. Amen."
