Note that:

- To request medical and dental appointments, they can only be scheduled at the Comprehensive Medical Care Centers in Bogotá.

- To enjoy the wide network of our providers, enter the “Directory” option and request your appointment directly with the provider.

- If you have any concerns, you can chat directly with our online advisor, Pablo.

- The coverage of our Complementary Plans is currently in force in the following cities (Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali, Cartagena, Girardot, Ibagué. Medellín and Pereira)
