To help you relax and alleviate mental stress panicPROTECTOR will guide you through carefully designed and easy-to-follow instructions and visuals to take deep even breaths, also known as abdominal or diaphragmatic breathing. The exercises can be easily executed and repeated on the spot. They will be adjusted in their intensity based on your stress level.
