Couples is the longest-running reality show in the Balkans, by Milomir Maric. It has been broadcast since 2010 on Happy Television in Serbia, and took a longer break between 2012 and 2015.

The concept of the show program was initially conceived so that a group of 15 couples (in the later seasons, individual contestants could participate) reside in a completely isolated space from the outside world. The venue is a beautiful villa in Zemun - popularly called the Villa of Couples, where all participants are constantly monitored by cameras and microphones, and where every inch of space is covered. The contestants stay here between 7 and 11 months, and the winner, chosen by the audience, wins an award that ranges from € 20,000 to € 250,000.

Season 8 is currently underway, with the winners so far: Milos Vukovic and Zorica Dukic (2011), Stevan Radivojevic and Aleksandra Matic (2012), Gastoz (2015), Ruzica Veljkovic (2016), Dalila Dragojevic (2017), Gastoz (2018) and Mladen Vuletic (2019).
