- Simple authentication registration method

1. Follow the website instructions to apply for simple authentication registration (including identity verification and app installation).

2. When running the app for the first time, set whether to use PIN number and biometric authentication.

3. Scan the QR code displayed on the registration screen using the Smart Login app.

4. Confirm the requested authentication request according to the authentication method.

- (Smartphone) Approve the authentication request sent to the app (PIN, biometric authentication, pattern authentication)

- (MOTP) Enter the OTP number displayed in the app on the website

5. After completing simple authentication registration, you can log in more safely using the Smart Login app.

- If an error occurs when registering simple authentication

If the QR code on the website registration screen is out of date for a long time, registration may fail due to a time error. Please refresh the QR code and try again.

If the error persists, set the terminal's time to automatic, or connect to WIFI or wireless Internet for time synchronization.

- When the authentication request message is not received

If you do not receive the authentication request notification message, press the refresh button for the registered user organization.

- caution

If you enter your password or pattern incorrectly 5 times, use of the Smart Login app will be restricted for 2 minutes.

When deleting the app, all registered authentication information will be deleted, so please follow the website instructions to cancel registration and then delete it.
