Bugs Fixed:
- Weapons can now be selected once they have been forged
- Credits & exit buttons no longer appear once a boss is killed
- The consumable "Second Chance" now works against spikes
- Ranged enemies can't kill Kneersite when he's already dead
- Kneersite no longer gets stuck on a single animation frame
- The forging countdown time appears as soon as a weapon is purchased
