By automatically communicating with the Komatsu ICT hydraulic excavator "PC 200 I-11 type (* 1)" through this application, the load weight to the dump truck is automatically measured. This makes it possible to maximize the loading amount and to grasp the total volume loading and transportation volume.

(1) Loading weight is known by loading operation as before!

You can weigh the weight loaded by the bucket of the hydraulic excavator while performing the loading operation as before. The weighing result will be displayed on this application "loading management screen" in real time every time loading operation is carried out.

② Grasp the amount of transported soil from the loading result · The volume can be managed!

Since the loading result is recorded as "history" and results are accumulated, if you know the "weight" loaded on the dump truck, you can also grasp the "amount" that you transported with the dump truck. For example, if you operate in conjunction with another application "TRUCKVISION" (* 2), you can also manage the amount and traceability of conveying soil from loading information acquired from "PayloadMonitor" and location information and work registration information obtained from "TRUCKVISION" It is possible to use it as a work trail of dump transport.

③ It leads to safety and security of the dump truck!

Since loading weight and loading remaining weight can be confirmed in real time with this application, loading which had been dependent on visual observation and sensation up to now can be done smartly at maximum efficiency, contributing to improving on-site productivity You can also carry safety and security while doing.

【How to use】

① Start this application.

② Wireless LAN connection (* 3) is performed between the machine body and the tablet terminal that launched the application.

③ Choose "Do not weigh / do not weigh" the bucket weight according to the work situation.

④ When weighing, set "Weighing height".

⑤ Select the dump truck you want to load. (* 4)

⑥ We will carry out "Loading as usual".

(At this time, if the weighing result was erroneously judged or exceeded the target loading capacity, select the relevant result and delete it and weigh it again.)

⑦ After loading to the selected dump truck is completed, "Register loading record for one vehicle" is done.

* 2 In the past, there is no use of the "Komatsu Smart Construction Application", and if you are newly using only the "TRUCKVISION" application, you will need to contract "TRUCKVISION" application separately.

* 3 Wireless LAN connection with the machine body is a connection by a completely closed network so you do not need a communication contract for the tablet terminal. In order to perform wireless LAN communication between the machine itself and this application, after logging in to the "access point management system" from this application using your own Smart Construction Cloud account information, connect the PC 200i - 11 (AC) , And wireless LAN communication with the PC 200i - 11 (AC) will be performed.

【 Notes 】

● When using this application, please prepare a tablet fixing tool for installing the tablet terminal in the machine cab.

● While using the application, it consumes a considerable amount of power, so please use it after preparing the power supply device to the tablet terminal.

● Install the tablet terminal, fixed equipment, and power supply equipment so that they do not fall off where it does not interfere with the operation and view of the machine body. During operation, the tablet terminal, stationary equipment and power supply equipment may interfere and fall, causing damage, injury, serious injury or death.

● To attach and detach tablet terminals and fixtures, set the machine lock lever on the machine body to the lock position and stop the engine.

● Before starting machine operation and whenever necessary, perform inspection and confirmation stipulated in the instruction manual and reset cylinder stroke before checking the ICT function.

● Confirm the surrounding safety so as not to contact with the dump truck, other construction machines, on-site workers etc, or topple over themselves regarding the contents of this application.

● Check if an error has occurred in the monitor of the machine body, if an error occurs in the monitor of the machine body, and other machine abnormality has occurred, there is a possibility of affecting the payload meter system and the weighing result Please take appropriate measures according to the monitor display message.

● Payload meter is subject to variations due to soil adhesion, operation method, soil and so on. Therefore, please use the display weight as a guide.

● The error between display weight and actual weight varies depending on the operation method and operating conditions.

● Since this application and the machine body having this function are not measuring instruments that passed the certification, please do not use for the transaction / certification.

● This application measures the load when the bucket passes through the weighing height from the excavation process to the earth removal process.

● If the car body is tilted or loaded in an unstable state, the load can not be measured correctly. Please do loading work as stable as possible when possible.

● Please make sure to check the start of work and routine maintenance of the main body to be connected with this application.
