VISION

The Municipality of Penalva do Castelo intends to adopt a strategic management grounded in planning, programming, coordination and evaluation and the principles of efficiency and effectiveness, to modernize, continuous improvement and quality of services provided.

MISSION

The Municipality of Penalva do Castelo is the essential mission of enhancing sustainable development and social and territorial cohesion of the county, to improve the quality of life of Penalvenses.

VALUES

In order to make the management and leadership of the essential pillars of the City Council organization and convergent aspects of its action.

It is intended that the leaders - key parts and driving force of the organizations - and other human resources of the City Council - foster cooperation and interpersonal skills in order to encourage the gradual improvement of quality of service.

It is intended to create a quality culture and proximity to the Citizen and build a good organizational climate, in order to obtain increasing satisfaction levels of citizens and employees of the City Council.
