Authentication of private-key in Settings tab.
Settings preference for index layout (image/note).
Index sort by note-cache (and other sorts).
Automatic bulk note decryption (if note-cache enabled).
Enabled volume control buttons to page viewer forward and back.
Item descriptions are easier to read.
Index now shows note for current directory.
Long click index up button goes to top-level directory.
Removed verbose messages on opening images.
Newly created folder is now selected.
