The lessons are practiced exclusively with bare feet or with non-slip socks, so as to ensure maximum freedom of movement and optimal hygiene guarantees.

The amplitude of the structure allows to carry out at the same time free body group lessons and "study" lessons with Pilates equipment.

Through the PilatesQB app you can better manage your lessons through a simple and intuitive interface.

You can subscribe to your favorite courses directly from the integrated calendar, where you will see the entire schedule of our activities.

Then in your profile you can view all your data, related to available lessons and active subscriptions, and an agenda of all courses you have subscribed to.
