With PipoSpec, time recording becomes really easy: Scan the NFC badge, work on an object, apply for absences, view evaluations - all compact and smart in one app.

Thanks to extensive functions for employees and superiors, PipoSpec optimally covers the needs of everyone involved in the team.

PipoSpec enables efficient time recording at any time and from anywhere and is therefore ideally suited to flexible work models and changing workplaces. And if your device is not online, the bookings are saved offline and automatically transferred when you are online again.

EMPLOYEE FUNCTIONS

• Badge scanning for working on objects using NFC

• Time recording: bookings with display of the current times and holiday balances

• Notifications via messageCenter e.g. missing booking
