Noting that the people were so fond of this delight, we decided to improve our domestic budget, making fried pizza at home to sell. We did this for a year, until mid-1995.

On June 21, 1996 we were opening our disk fried pizza in Dr. Costa Leite street, 1764. A place for a commercial point was not so appealing. We had no idea how much this disk would grow and how much this address, half hidden, would be known. Then, in May 1998, we decided to name our business, changing its name to Pizza Fries Semião, that's when we got into the process for the registration of our brand.

People of Rio Grande do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, finally, from many places came to experience the so famous Pizza Fries Semião and liked both and brought them to friends and relatives of those places, came people interested in our business.

We decided to do a mix of our dough, through the Sebrae we got ITAL-Institute of Food Technology. We began experimenting with ITAL in August 2000.
