About NPorts Check-in

Execute with the NPorts Check-in App inland water vessel registrations electr.

The NPorts Check-in App of Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG is a tool for skippers, agents and shipowners to execute inland water vessel registrations electronically in the state-owned ports of Lower Saxony and to comply with the respective reporting obligations for a port call.

It is possible to register as a permanent user in order to submit registrations on an ongoing and recurring basis. In addition, single-user users have the option of using guest access.

The advantage of this app is clearly obvious. Registrations and statistic cards no longer need to be handwritten and physically provided, but can be communicated electronically at any time and from anywhere (with an existing internet connection).

The same applies to documents such as certificates of measurement, cargo documents, etc., which can be attached and transmitted either as a photo or file (e.g. PDF).

It is possible for a port call to express one or more berth requests.

IMPORTANT: The use of this app currently does not exempt from any registration and/or reports against authorities or the National Single Window (NSW)! Currently, only private-law reporting obligations are covered!
