ability to request access to a multitude of country, city, golf, athletic, yacht and sports clubs worldwide,

with discretional reciprocity. PrivateClubWorld subscription allows the members of private clubs to

place unlimited requests for access to private clubs on the network and enjoy unlimited confirmed

bookings annually. Confirmed Bookings mean a member request for access confirmed by the host club

as an accepted booking. PrivateClubWorld is a discretionary reciprocity network and thereby the right to

accept a member’s request for access is purely a decision of the host club. Members can continue to

enjoy other benefits of PrivateClubWorld without opting for subscription, if accessing private clubs on

our network is not of interest. Members can make social connections with members of other clubs on

the network to grow their network. Members can also participate in a variety of experiences curaed by

PrivateClubWorld complementing the lifestyle of private club members. PrivateClubWorld is a business
