Organizer team app: tasks to do, places to go, personal safety & GPS tracker

It's a private app for a group of people in a team, company or organisation to securely share information. It's for teamwork and productivity - with tasks and reminders to help a team be more efficient. It's for organizing where people in your team need to go (site visits, meeting clients…). It helps a team to communicate with private messaging. Its a team app that helps people to securely share tasks, contacts, websites, maps and places. And it's a safety app - to improve your personal safety with a panic button and optional geofencing alerts and sensor alarms.

If you already use a WhatsApp private group for messaging then this app is complementary and can be used alongside WhatsApp to provide new messaging types: teamwork (jobs to do) messaging, and personal safety messaging. It’s like a WhatsApp companion app – so you can use both apps.

PRIVATE GROUP - You have to personally invite people to join your group. So you know everyone in your group and there are no fake or anonymous users. Only you (the group administrator) can invite and allow people to join your group. The group is closed and not open to the public

PRIVACY - the app will NOT share your information with anyone outside of your group

PERSONAL DATA - you do NOT need to enter your personal name, phone number, email, DOB, or address. This personal information isn’t necessary for the app to work so the app doesn’t ask you for it

GPS LOCATION TRACKER (optional) - if you choose to switch on GPS location tracker you can see your GPS location tracks on a private map. You can switch off GPS location tracker whenever you want – it’s easy, just click the large “Me” button on the Home screen

YOUR CONSENT – you have full control over what data you want to share with your group

You can use the app for different purposes:

[1] Small Business app: for teamwork, efficiency and productivity

[2] Private Messaging app: securely share text messages – its like a private group chat app

[3] Safety app: panic button to alert everyone in your team. You can choose to switch on safety sensors: remote temperature monitoring (with Bluetooth IOT sensor devices); GPS location tracker with geofencing alerts…

[3a] Fall safety app: If you are worried about having a fall you can choose to share your phone accelerometer motion sensor with people in your team & app has a SOS panic button

[3b] Personal Safety app: If you are worried about your safety whilst visiting a location you can switch on location tracking and choose to share a geofencing message to notify people in your team when you arrive at the location and when you depart & app has a SOS panic button. When you feel safe you can switch off location tracking sharing

[4] Productivity app: You can create daily recurring tasks with popup reminders

[5] Teamwork mobile app: You can let people in your team know when you start and finish tasks (jobs).Great for a remote workforce to organize what tasks (jobs) people are doing.

[6] "Whats happening" app: This app complements a WhatsApp private group by providing new teamwork messaging types and personal safety messaging types

[7] IOT app: The app can connect with wireless IoT Bluetooth sensors for IoT tracking. For example, if you work in a remote hut or security cabin that can get too hot or cold then add an IoT sensor to share temperature, humidity and pressure with people in your team.

[8] GPS Tracker app: The app works with/without this feature. You choose if and when you want to use it.

[9] Don’t get lost & avoid traffic delays - simply select a ‘place’ and click SatNav for directions

[10] If you want people to know where you are going - simply select a ‘place’ and click the “Go to” button (feature works with/without GPS Location Tracker)

[11] SOS Panic button - alert everyone in your private team

[12] Site visit app: create 10s or 100s of places simply by clicking on the Map. You can choose to share with your team what time you arrived at or departed from a place location (its optional)
