The Projects app is an exclusive and free extension of the AUTODOC PROJETOS and PROJECTS 4BIM platforms and has several functionalities to manage construction projects in real time with mobility and practicality, in addition to creating a common collaborative environment at construction sites.

QR tags

Scan the QR tags that are attached to the floors.

Each point of the work may have its safe area for consulting files and plans to stimulate a complete understanding of what will be carried out, allowing the team to interact with the project in a simple and objective way, avoiding the waste of resources and missed deadlines.

How it works?

Step 1 - The person responsible for the project selects the documents on the Autodoc Projetos or 4BIM Projects platform;

Step 2 - After generating the QR Labels, print a sheet with up to 15 units on a common printer or on a thermal label printer;

Step 3 - After printing, the labels are placed at strategic points on the construction site.

Step 4 - When necessary, the team can scan the QR Tags with the camera of smartphones or tablets that have the Projects app installed. *

* Only the team with the Projects app installed and enabled by the admin will be allowed to read the QR Tags.

Viewing recent files

With the Projects app you can view the latest files quickly from the cloud and can also download the files on your smartphone or tablet for offline viewing.

Search made easy
