If you achieve 50% success and accept the declaratory terms, you will receive a training certificate, in your name in the informed email, free of charge, you simply print and use. The certificate serves as a title in contests, professional progression or improvement of the curriculum, according to Law 9.394, for free training courses, good studies, regards.

DECLARATION: I, PROPONENT, bearer of the CPF number: your number, student duly enrolled in the website Bem Cuidar Educacional, declare for the purposes that I have previous educational knowledge on all subjects studied in the menu of the Nursing Fundamentals Course, and that I approved all the final evaluations of it and thus be able to receive my certificate. For this reason, I hereby request my Certificate of Completion of this Course with the Specific Time Charge of 20 Hours and with study period between the dates of 06/20/2018 until the present.
