Interactive questionnaire site of the Psychiatric Hospital of Thessaloniki

The application is an interactive space structured around a self-assessment questionnaire of the use of legal (alcohol, cigarettes, energy drinks/coffee) and illegal substances, as well as addictive behaviors (internet, gambling).

It is aimed at teenagers and young adults and can be answered by anyone regardless of their relationship with addictive substances/behaviors.

The questions are based on the questionnaires of ESPAD (European School Survey Project on Alcohol and Other Drugs) and EKTEPN (National Center for Documentation and Information on Drugs).

We consider it important to mention that any guidelines/advice that will be given cannot replace personalized professional help/consultation.
