We've spent the past few weeks making a lot of improvements based on your feedback. This build introduces notifications when high priority tickets are assigned to you. In addition, you can now tap on phone numbers and email addresses in your ticket data to immediately follow up with your customers. We've also addressed more pesky bugs!
