I've finally been able to implement some highly requested and long awaited features:

* Fields are now editable and delete-able!
To edit / delete a field just long-press it in the navigation menu
* No more hard-coded fields:
Quests, Locations, Factions, Characters and Other fields are now considered an ordinary, editable field. New Campaigns will not have these fields and will start out empty.
