The Quickserve provider App is developed to assist Service Providers.

How to Use Quickserve Provider:

The service provider either registers by logging on the website https://www.quickserveng.com/register or simply download the Quickserve Provider App from the Google play store for android or the App Store for iOS devices, fills the form and a profile is created for the service provider.

How it Works:

The Quickserve Provider App communicates with the Quickserve App (Customer side app which available at the Google play store and the App Store for iOS devices). When a customer selects a particular service from the customer side app and places an order, the request is immediately sent to the service provider through the Quickserve Provider App installed. The service provider has the option to either accept or decline the request. Upon accepting the request, the service provider can either call or message the customer directly from the mobile App via his phone seen that the contact details of the customer will be available to him. After accepting the request, an SMS will be sent to the customer informing him/her that the service provider has accepted and is on the way. Upon arrival the service provider select arrival from the options avail on the App and this send an SMS to the customer.

When the task is completed by the service provider, completed option is selected which will send an SMS to the customer that the task has been completed successfully. Both the service provider and the customer will have the option to rate each other for the successful completion of the task.

The service provider can edit the profile directly from the App.

The service provider can check to see the past and upcoming tasks completed and earnings from such tasks.
