Teriya diocesan radio in Banfora

Radio Catholic Teriya (RCT) is an initiative of the diocese of Banfora. Created as a means of evangelization for the diocese, the RCT remains today a powerful and essential lever for social development. Its Promoter is Mgr Lucas Kalfa SANOU, Bishop of Banfora. Broadcasting from sector No. 7 of Banfora on 94.7, the RCT first aimed to cover the territorial limits of the diocese whose limits correspond to those of the Cascades Region, before positioning itself as a catalyst for its listeners. In fact, since its first broadcast on December 1, 2007, the programs have been produced for the benefit of all without distinction of religion or ethnicity. Broadcasting in FM on 94.7, the RCT which mainly covers the Cascades Region, touches the neighboring regions of Hauts-Bassins and the South-West in Burkina Faso as well as the cross-border coastline of Côte d'Ivoire and Mali over a radius minimum of 90 km. Transmitting in STREAMING from its website (www.radiocatholiqueteriya.org) and its application, the RCT offers its listeners around the world listening possibilities.
