Rail Muhafiz - Constable App

A special Railway Police Force unit deputed on train to support passengers.

Rail Muhafiz Constable App is the initiative of Government of Pakistan in collaboration with Pakistan Railway to provide safe and secure travel to the woman passenger during their travel. This App has two main interfaces; one is for passengers of Pakistan Railways and the other one is for Pakistan Railways response team official i.e. Constable.

This app will facilitate the response team official to provide immediate relief/support to the passenger (i.e. women) during travel.

The key features of the app include:

1.Real time synchronization with Pakistan Railways booking system

2. Immediate receiving of panic request with all requisite info of women passenger seeking help.

3. Provision of changing the response status

4. User friendly interface to approach the passenger in panic state

5. Proper authentication mechanism and connectivity with control room

This app has been designed, developed and managed by NITB for Pakistan Railways.
