I am Dr Sidney D'sa, Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon practicing at present in Mumbai (Maharashtra). also a Certified Nutrition and Fitness Consultant from INFS And also pursuing many allied Fitness Courses at present to keep up with the ever advancing and booming Fitness scenario in our country.

During my Practice in the past and surely the same applies in the present also, i noticed young individuals in the age group of 18 and above having backache, muscle aches, joint pains and postural issues due to the sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy Food habits. These all are well preventable and avoidable by making necessary lifestyle modification.

Not only the young but even the old needed proper guidance on the diet and exercise aspect to improve their debilitating state of health.

I am observing the ways and methodology followed by many wanna be nutritionists in our country who have no knowledge about diseases and read some incomplete articles on the web, gain knowledge and claim to be Dieticians, fooling gullible individuals.
