How to add a room, house , flat?

1. Register as an owner with valid email Id and phone number.

2. After OTP verification, you will be logged in.

3. Find and click the icon at bottom right.

4. Enter image, name of your property, description, price and category.

5. Address can be selected by dragging the pin on the map by zooming in or out.

6. Submit to make your property available so that you can get genuine buyers.

7. Once your property is booked, you take turn the availability off for the time being by clicking on the top right menu options within your property details.

8. Owners have the facility to check their NearBy rooms.

How to book a room on RentIn ?

1. After successful login process, tenant will be able to see the list of all the properties available near to him.

2. Browse through the multiple houses, flats, PG from the list.

3. One can also browse for the houses, PG, flats through the all new interactive map interface.

3. One can apply filters to minimize and optimize the search.

4. Click on any of the property to view its detail, contact the prospective owner or schedule a visit.

5. Get Directions for the room in the map, select and and contact the owner.

While tenant would be contacting directly with owners, the RentIn facilitates the tenants to view the direction in the map to reach and contact the owner directly.

RentIn verifies each and every property as well as their owners to avoid any frauds. All transactions are totally transparent between tenants and owners. RentIn professional service also provides the tenants and owners to have room agreement and property verification papers.

RentIn is in it's initial phase and we are covering only few states now, based on the user's response we will integrate the application for other states. We are continuously working on our updates.
