The app still contains the same great information and tools for renters, but now offers enhanced functionality to landlords:
• information about managing a rental property
• the ability to generate and fill in condition, exit & inspection reports, that can be customised to suit the property
• email templates to contact tenants about goods left behind, upcoming inspections and general property-related issues
• the ability to set reminders of important dates, such as rent payments & end of lease
