Added option to create new reservation for selected resource. Enable this in the settings. Then you can click on the "Create reservation" button in the main screen to begin to process of creating a new reservation. Requires an in-app purchase of Premium to work.

- Fix for how purchase of premium is handled in the settings.
- Fix for the clock not displaying am/pm in different languages correctly.
- Fix for times not being formatted correctly when device is using 24 hours format.
