Rosary to the lord of mercy

To recite the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, a normal rosary is used and the following sequence is followed:

1. The sign of the Cross: In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

2. Our Father

3. Hail Mary

4. Creed (Apostles Creed)

5. On each major bead of the Rosary, when the Our Father is normally said, say:

Eternal father,

I offer you

the Body, the Blood,

Soul and Divinity

of your beloved Son,

Our Lord Jesus Christ,

as propitiation

of our sins

and those of the whole world.

6. On each minor bead of the Rosary, when the Hail Mary is normally said, say:

By His painful Passion,

have mercy on us

and of the whole world.

7. Invocation: At the end of the crown, the following prayer is prayed three times in a row:

Holy God,

Holy Strong,

Holy Immortal,

have mercy on us

and of the whole world.

8. Concluding Prayer (optional)

O Eternal God, in whom mercy is infinite and the treasure of compassion inexhaustible, turn to us Your kind gaze and increase Your mercy in us, so that in difficult moments we do not despair or become discouraged, but, with great confidence, we let us submit to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself
