Application of citizen attention of the Municipality of Rosario

Rosario Responde is the new mobile application of the Municipality of Rosario to report situations related to public space and the services provided in the city.

The reports or requests generated through the Rosario Responde application are received directly by the municipal areas that, considering the subject, can take action in the resolution of the request.

A new application can be initiated with the photograph of the situation to be reported, the indication of the place of the event, the topic to which it refers (transit, urban hygiene, etc.) or the affected urban equipment (a luminaire, a container , etc).

Once the application is generated, the Rosario Responde application allows you to follow the evolution of the report or claim through its three stages (pending, ongoing and resolved) as the corresponding areas are taking intervention. Eventually, a request can be resolved with the closed state, if action on the case is not pertinent or feasible.

The intervention and resolution times depend on the characteristics of the order or event to be solved. Some may be immediate intervention (for example, a parking garage obstructed) and others may have different deferral periods, requiring a technical analysis or programming in the operational planning of the area (for example, a patching request).

At the end of the process, the user has the possibility to qualify the resolution that has been given to his request as positive, neutral or negative, and leave his opinion or comment about the action taken by the intervening area.

The opinion of the citizen is fundamental to improve the quality of intervention of the responsible areas, as well as to correct the action if the resolution has not been adequate.

Each time you generate an application, the user will receive a confirmation in their email, including their application number. This last fact is of great importance, since the application number allows tracking through different channels (such as the telephone or the website of the municipality).
