Rotating Watch Face

This minor release introduces performance upgrades:

1. when invisible the current watch face canvas is redrawn every minute, before it wasn't. This has minimal measured impact on battery. The result is instant time when waking up instead of waiting for a frame redraw.

2. When time is offset by a notification the watch face canvas is still redrawn every second. This removes an (up to) one second lag when returning to normal mode after dismissing notifications.
