We have added new features and enhancements to the Delivery & Service:
Delivery:
-Skip Order – Automatically zero out all quantities of a Delivery Order and prompts for a Skip Reason.
Service:
-Arrival Time – the system automatically prompts the technician for an arrival time when the Service Order is opened.
-Ability to email your customer a completed Service Order form as a PDF

-Ability to capture latitude/longitude information for future updates to the customer’s location
