Applications are for registration via SMS outpatients in hospitals Kraton

As an effort to improve service to patients and reduce patient waiting time, this time releasing RSUD Kraton Pekalongan registration application via SMS.

This application requires a pulse to send SMS and any registration / send a message with this application in accordance with the rates charged each operator used by the user.

PLOT SERVICES OUTPATIENT BPJS PATIENT REGISTRATION WITH SMS

1. Service registration serviced one day prior to the check

        • Monday - Friday: 07:00 s / d 13:00

        • Saturday: 07:00 s / d 11:00

2. Do not serve SMS outside of the schedule

3. Already have an Identity Card Medication (Older Patients)

4. Must Have No HP active

5. Patients Chronically

6. Patients would register via SMS must bring a letter of introduction from the chronic patient clinics and hospitals Kraton handed OSS hospitals Kraton kepetugas

7. Only patients who are already registered as chronic patients who can follow the SMS registration program

8. If the SMS could not be processed, the patient will mendaptak SMS reply

9. If the patient is already registered and do not come up to 2 times the patient will enter blaklist list and must re-apply for registration can SMS

10. The SEP Decision can be taken within their date of registration in hospitals OSS officer Kraton With Shows Terms

        • Card BPJS

        • Letters of reference from the CO level 1

        • Internal Referral Letter from hospitals Kraton

Trersebut condition without showing the clerk would not give SEP and the registration will be canceled

11. If the reply SMS already meet the quota limit patient should apply directly to hospitals Kraton
