New in this version:
* Added a new Map View feature so you can see what's happening with closings across the US. More mapping features to come in future versions (updated with fix for Map crash)
* added cities in Vermont and Texas

Tip of the Day: RUClosed works on the weekends too, especially for church and religious closings
