Russell Child Development Center provide early childhood services at no cost to families in the following 19 Southwest Kansas counties: Greeley, Wichita, Scott, Lane, Ness, Hamilton, Kearny, Finney, Hodgeman, Stanton, Grant, Haskell, Gray, Ford, Morton, Stevens, Seward, Meade and Clark.
