Initial intent was to create a channel of what is going on in our State Duma to inform interested parties as business representitives, community activists and journalists with future plan to extend it to feedback loop and platform for discussions. Current solution implement access to russian government bills, their details, deputies, hearings.

Features:

- access to the bills under russian government consideration sorted by recently introduced

- access to the bill details including his status ('introduced', 'under consideration', etc)

- access to the votes for this bill

- access to the record of hearings
