RX Gym is a newly established functional training center on Bornholm, where there is room for everyone.

We offer functional training in our new, beautiful gym in Rønne, where you can train WODs, Partner WODs, strength training, circuit training, personal training, small group training, boot camps.

In addition, we offer online coaching courses, diet courses and body measurements.

We are working on establishing children's/teen teams, yoga teams, as well as outdoor teams and running teams in the near future.

At RX, we share the training. You and your coach – and the rest of the team. Together we work hard to become healthier and stronger. We use our body for what it was created for, challenge it and learn new skills.

Training with us is fun and effective training. We train functionally and intelligently, so that we both strengthen the body now and in the long term. We use everything from skipping rope to kettlebells and organize the training so that everyone can participate.

We want to create a safe and pleasant training environment for everyone who is serious about their training and health.
