It is intended for use only within the geographical limits of the PRINCIPADO DE ASTURIAS, WILL NOT WORK outside those limits. As there are many mobile devices with different sensors on the market, S.O.S.Vuelco cannot guarantee the correct operation of the application in all of them. In addition, the vehicle model used can also make the warnings not fit the real danger. That is why the user must be responsible for maintaining a level of attention and caution at the wheel that allows to prevent and avoid accidents.

Neither S.O.S.Vuelco nor its distributor will be responsible for damages or injuries that arise or are related to accidents that may occur during the use of the application. The system is for guidance only and should be understood and used as such.

The S.O.S.Vuelco application can be configured to make calls and send SMS in case of alleged accidents. The costs that these actions may incur will be borne by the user of the application and in no case will it be understood that the application or its distributors will be responsible for it.

By checking the box below, you specifically acknowledge that neither S.O.S.Vuelco nor its distributors are responsible for any possible accidents that may occur during the use of the application, since such use will be made under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user.

On the other hand, S.O.S.Vuelco does not guarantee or be liable for damages of any kind due to the following circumstances:

- The lack of continuity of the operation of S.O.S.Vuelco, as well as the incorrect operation of the application.

- The lack of utility, adequacy or validity of the services and contents offered in the S.O.S.Vuelco application, regarding the results and expectations of the user.

These Conditions of Use will be governed by the provisions of Spanish legislation.
