Unique Portal

The General Directorate of Ethics and Integrity Government has among its powers monitoring the Law 200-04 and its correct application, so in coordination with other government agencies, has designed a platform for application information, which is called Unique Portal of access to Information.

The relevance of the Single Portal of Access to Information is that it will allow a greater level of transparency in the actions of public institutions, will enable better accountability and enable greater participation of citizens in managing public affairs.

The Single Portal of Access to Public Information can submit requests for public information to the organs and services of the state administration in accordance with the provisions of the General Law No. 200-04 on Free Access to Public Information through a single window .

SAIP main objectives:

Concentrating requests for access to information of central government institutions into a single portal to facilitate handling and monitoring by the DIGEIG.

Standardizing the submission form request for access to public information.

Redirecting each institutional portal link "request for information" to the Single Portal for Access to Public Information.

Send each Head of Access to Public Information automatically requests for access to public information aimed at your institution.

Allow online redirect requests for access to public information to the competent institution.

Manage deadlines requests for access to information and alerts sent to both institutions and the governing body.

Have statistics on requests for access to information updated by different criteria. They must be available both in how open formats for graphics easy to read.

Create opportunities for government-society interaction through interaction via web channels with citizens.

With this tool we provide citizens the right to know the executions of public institutions according to the General Law on Free Access to Public Information (Law 200-04) and more effective monitoring by the Governing Body the Act.
