App with augmented reality capabilities of the Segóbriga Archaeological Park

In order to help the visitor in the interpretation of the space occupied by the Segóbriga Archaeological Park, this app has been developed, which aims to be a new resource for the dissemination of Archaeological and Natural Heritage and to serve the dissemination and understanding of the archaeological site. as well as as a new tool that can be used as a resource for social, tourist and patrimonial support.

With the incorporation of new digital content both in the Interpretation Center and in the archaeological site, including Augmented Reality, partial restitutions and integrations on the landscape of lost archaeological elements and spaces, photogrammetry, 3D restitution of non-visible elements at the site, etc.

In addition, the information of the visit points of the visitable elements has been updated, gathering the new data provided by the archaeological investigation, thus, with a single touch on the screen of their devices, during the visit, the user will be able to see how they were the buildings of the ancient Roman city of Segóbriga, immediately offering a huge range of possibilities that allow you to choose how to visit.
