SEGUE Sessions is Avtar’s most impactful, successful confluence of women professionals which has created thousands of careers. With 14 exceptional editions, SEGUE Sessions is for the aspirational and intentional Indian Women Professionals (IWP). The half-day virtual conference will the IWPs navigate their professional landscapes with clarity and purpose under the theme #MappingtheInvisible. Maps are indispensable navigational tools that enable travelers to map the unknown; make the invisible visible and point a path on to which to travel forward. Indian Women Professionals navigate labyrinthine landscapes. Confronted with numerous structural workplace constraints, they need a range of accurate navigational tools to resolve dissonance between professional and personal identities. Sometimes, invisible cobblestones pave their career paths. Together with non-conscious choices, they limit their opportunities for career advancement. Mapping those that an IWP faces will help them evolve strategies to engage meaningfully at workplaces, project their authentic selves, and experience a sense of fulfilment.
