Collaborative Security is a new tool that facilitates the early detection of security, safety and emergency incidents and the consequent response by the surveillance service or service manager. This makes it possible to improve daily work, articulating management in an innovative way, as well as channeling and digitizing information on security and services in an orderly manner. It is designed to adapt to all types of scenarios (shopping center, large industrial complex, office buildings, transport networks, exhibition centers, housing estates, hospitals, universities, industrial estates, town halls...) due to its customization possibilities.

The Collaborative Security app allows the community of users of a facility or complex to generate preventive information about incidents such as vandalism, accidents, breakdowns, emergency situations, etc. It has multiple functionalities, including a chat and the possibility of sending multimedia material by users (photos and videos with GPS location). Confidentiality is guaranteed thanks to its encrypted communications, backups and password policy, among other aspects.
