Official application of the Board Pro Semana Santa de Zamora

The mobile application of the Museum of Holy Week in Zamora has been designed to allow tourists and citizens of Zamora to live Holy Week in all its splendor.

It includes all the complete information of the steps, brotherhoods and processions: schedules, itinerary, steps, brotherhoods, relevant points of the route and even the location in real time of the congregant who opens the procession. All the cards are updatable and are related, so you can navigate from a procession to a brotherhood, from the brotherhood to the step and from the step to the descriptive form of your location. As one of the most innovative elements of the application, it incorporates a module for the 3D visualization of the steps of Holy Week, which allows observing the sculptural groups from novel points of view with a high quality. At the moment the step "Redemption" of Mariano Benlliure has been scanned, but it is foreseen that in the future will be incorporated new scanned sculptural groups.

The application also includes two very attractive games, whose objective is to promote tourism in Zamora and knowledge about Holy Week:

- The "Passport of Holy Week" is designed for tourists to make a tour of the main temples of Zamora that welcome steps of Holy Week, sealing their passage through them.

- The "Test Cofrade" is a questionnaire of twenty questions that each year will test the Zamoranos about their Holy Week.

In addition to all these functionalities, the Museum of Holy Week also has its own section with all the information of the exhibited works, which allows to use it throughout the year, making the visit to the Museum much more interactive. All aspects related to the visit to the Museum, schedules, prices, location, history, etc. are also reported.

The detection of Beacons will allow users of the mobile application to receive notifications with information of a step, a procession, or to welcome the Museum of Holy Week and collect statistical data anonymously that will improve the service and know the assessment of the visitors.

The application has been developed by the Board Pro Semana Santa de Zamora and subsidized by the Hon. City Council of Zamora.
