All you have to do is to exert your abdominals as soon as your phone starts vibrating (there will be a starting sequence in the beginning of a training session). After that, you'll need to confirm that you've done the session. That's all!

If you do all the series of exercises per day, your progress will increase and the exercises will become slightly longer. The number of exercises per day varies from 2 to 4 depending on your current training level.
