SHaiN is an interview application where AI interviews as an interviewer.

This application can be used only by those who applied for companies that have introduced SHAiN.

After installing this application, tap the "URL for personal authentication" included in the guidance email sent at the time of application.

When authentication is completed, this application will start automatically.

After that, the guidance will start, so please follow the instructions on the screen to proceed with the interview.

[Procedure to start the interview]

1. Install this application.

2. Tap the personal authentication link in the test guide email.

3. The application will start automatically and the interview will start.

【Notes】

1) The interview time will take about 5 to 60 minutes (depending on the applicant company and job type). Please come with plenty of time.

2) This application constantly records and consumes a lot of battery, so start the interview with your smartphone fully charged. The application will stop when the battery level drops below a certain level. If you are uncertain, we recommend that you use your smartphone with it connected to the charger.

3) A 4G line or Wi-Fi connection is required to use the application. Also, please note that if the communication environment is unstable, it may affect the interview evaluation.

4) Please close all apps running other than this app, including apps running in the background. The interview may not be performed normally, for example, the application may be forcibly terminated during the interview due to lack of memory.

5) We recommend that you temporarily stop all communications in "Airplane mode" and turn on only the Wi-Fi connection so that the interview will not be interrupted by an incoming call.

6) As a general rule, the interview cannot be interrupted in the middle. However, if you feel sick or have other unavoidable circumstances, you can tap "Pause" to temporarily suspend the interview and resume it later.

7) To restart the application that was terminated due to temporary suspension, etc., tap the URL for personal authentication to start the application.

8) The interview will use a camera and microphone to record the content. Please face the camera and answer during the interview.

9) During the interview, stabilize your smartphone on a stand so that it does not move.

10) When answering, please speak clearly to the end of the word into the microphone of your smartphone. If you speak too fast or your voice is too quiet, your answers will not be recognized accurately and will affect your interview evaluation. We also recommend using earphones with a microphone.

11) You cannot ask questions to the AI ​​interviewer.
