Squashed some bugs, made various performance improvements and made some design modifications to profile layouts so they're much nicer to read.

2 new sections to replace the old ‘Web’ section for:
+ Social profiles - easy to add with a way better display
+ URLs - they deserve their own section

Thanks so much for using Shoot and find our links to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram now right from the Settings menu :)
