- Provides a dashboard where you can check your health information at a glance, such as meal coaching, exercise coaching, intake/consumption calories and weight status.

- You can freely move and expose the order of each item according to your health check priority.

● Meal coaching

- Provides a function to monitor intake status by meal and nutrient in comparison to the recommended amount.

- Now, manage your meal intake history, which is easy to miss, with SHP.

● Exercise coaching

- When performing an exercise after wearing the in-house fitness locker key, the exercise history is automatically recorded and the result feedback is provided.

- We provide customized exercise programs tailored to your health goals and step-by-step coaching and videos so that you can perform on your own.

● Healthcare

- Provides a monitoring function to continuously manage the five major health indicators (obesity, cholesterol, liver function, blood pressure, blood sugar) based on health checkup information.

- You can check the change trend for each health index in a chart.

● Lifestyle calendar

- Provides a record and query function for healthy habits such as walking 100,000 steps, exercise performance, recommended menu meals, and whether or not to consume more than the recommended amount of water, as well as lifestyle habits to be avoided for health, such as drinking, overeating, and late-night snacking.

● SHP Band 2,3 connection function (connected device)

- SHP Band is a fitness tracker linked to a mobile phone via Bluetooth and can measure steps, heart rate, sleep time, and calories burned.

- Notifications for events (including text messages and phone calls) that occur on the App or mobile phone are delivered through Bluetooth communication.

- Among the Band functions, you can enter the fitness mode to measure your heart rate in real time and notify you of your exercise intensity.

-SMS: Access to receive SHP Band (connected device) text message notification and authentication number

-Address Book: Accessed to send push service (Google account information inquiry)

-Camera: Access to send images/videos during health coaching

- Physical activity information: mobile step count collection (OS 10 or higher)
