Splashing is play, sports, music, theater, dance, fun, art, star moments, associations, public meetings, local communities, volunteers, wooden ships, a maritime atmosphere that melts together in unforgettable days throughout Holbæk's harbor. With sun, moon and stars as spectacular scenery.

Skvulp is the largest annual cultural event in Holbæk municipality.
