How it works?

You and your feedback providers complete the Reflector app on the basis of statements aimed at your feelings and behaviour. This leads to discussion points for conducting development discussions with each other. In this way you get to know and understand yourself and others better and you give direction and interpretation to the personal and professional growth of yourself and your team. With the insights from the Reflector app you can get started with or without the guidance of a Slow coach.
